How do I know whether I need Small Repairs, Major Renovation or Construction?
It comes down to scope. If your home is basically fine and you just need to freshen up a room or fix a few things, that’s Small Repairs. If you want to overhaul an apartment or house completely, that’s Major Renovation. If you’re starting from an empty plot or adding a new structure, that’s Construction. Not sure? Do you offer a free quote?
Yes. Every project starts with a free, no-obligation on-site visit and measurement, followed by a written, fixed-price quote.
Are your quotes fixed, or can the price change?
Quotes are fixed and itemised once agreed. Any changes to scope are discussed and confirmed with you in writing before proceeding.
How much does renovation cost in Valencia?
It depends on the category. Small repairs are typically billed from €35/hour or as a fixed job price. A full turnkey renovation starts from around €495/m², and premium design-led work from €895/m². Construction is quoted individually after a site visit. See our full price guide for detailed rates.
How long does my project take?
It depends on the scope. Small repairs are usually finished within a day or two. A full apartment or house renovation typically takes 4–8 weeks depending on size and scope. Construction projects run for several months and depend heavily on the design — we give you an estimated timeline with your quote.
Can I get an estimate from photos alone?
For small repairs and simple jobs, yes — send photos and measurements on WhatsApp. Major renovations and construction projects need an on-site visit for an accurate fixed quote.
Do you require a deposit before starting?
Yes, a deposit confirms the schedule and materials, with the remaining balance staged across agreed project milestones.

What materials do you use for renovation work?

Do you handle building permits and paperwork?
Yes. Small repairs usually don’t need a permit. Major renovations typically require a licencia de obra menor (minor works permit), and construction projects need a licencia de obra mayor (major works permit) with a fuller set of documents — we manage this paperwork with the local council either way. If your building has a comunidad de propietarios (community of owners), we can also help you prepare what’s needed for their sign-off.
